lots of nice walking paths around all their parks.
super fun splash park. We missed these while in Kentucky. Lexington didn't have any.
We went for lots of drives the first month we were here. We needed to get out of that hotel as much as possible! We happened onto this pretty little lake in the middle of nowhere.
There is a drive in Theater about 40 minutes away. We took the kids for their first drive in experience to see Minions and Inside Out. It was a late night, but a fun night. Lot of bugs, but we all survived, and the kids thought it was awesome that it was morning when we got home at 1 am!
This is Lake Thurmond. One weekend we hung out here and swam with some friends!
This is Richardson's Lake. A little family owned water park on a small lake. The best was there weren't many rules so the kids could go on all the slides and diving boards without any fuss. They loved it!
